Conditions of delivery or return

For reasons of lack of stock in any of the components of our sandals (soles, ribbons, etc.) the shipment may be delayed, leaving the order waiting for the lack of material to finish it once it is received. This may alter the delivery period.

Deliveries to both the Islands and the European Union can take between 7-10 working days.

We have an infallible sizing system as long as the foot measurement is correct.

To do this, stick your foot against the wall and measure the distance to the longest toe.

Once you have it, you will see that in each sandal model there is a size drop-down, you must fit your foot measurement in the corresponding size, that will be your size.

Therefore, once you place your order, we will understand that you have taken the correct foot size and we will manufacture exclusively for you the model you have chosen in the desired colours.

For these reasons there will be no refunds on sandals due to wrong sizing.

As each foot is different and so is our physiognomy and footprint, the sandals are all made in the same way. This means that if, due to the way you walk or your physiognomy, the sandal does not fit your foot (in very few cases), we do not take responsibility for returns as we understand that it is not our fault (the sandal is well made).

Our sandals are handmade and made to measure once they are ordered, that is to say, exclusively for the customer. Our sandals are made specifically to the size, model and colour chosen by the customer.

The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to certain products, including: air and train tickets, concert tickets, hotel reservations, car rental reservations; food and beverages usually served at home (e.g. supermarket deliveries); custom-made or personalised items (such as a made-to-measure suit, etc.).); sealed audio, video or computer software data carriers (such as DVDs) that have been opened; online digital content, if you have already started downloading or streaming and if you have accepted that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal; products purchased from private individuals and not from companies or professional sellers.

Orders will only be placed through the web, this way there will never be any confusion, if any customer wishes to place a special order or with any particularity through our mail (info@hommosandals.es), he/she should explain in detail what is required.

For a longer life and care of your sandal we recommend taking measures such as washing or rinsing, not exposing to intense heat for a long time, not forcing the anchors more than necessary to avoid breakage. We understand that it goes without saying that like everything else in life we must take care of it if we want it to last.
